Reference Letter
Purchased of Utah State Shelving Contract #MA1231, the Utah Drivers License Division purchased Richards-Wilcox Aurora High Density Rolling Shelving System, with handles at both ends. The mobile shelving system was placed in the center of the records file area. A structural engineer was utilized to insure the floor would the load. After many years of service the shjelving unit was reconfigured, split and moved into two new locations.
Our Northwest Office located at 799 N Redwood Rd will be closing their doors on April 28, 08 and will reopen at the Fair park 1095 Motor Ave, SLC 84116 on May 5.

If your last renewal was by mail or internet, you will need to apply at a Driver License office for your upcoming renewal. This will enable us to issue you a new Driver License with enhanced security features.

Change
The St. George Driver License Office has permanently closed. The new Dixie Driver License facility at 102 South 5300 West in Hurricane (Purgatory area). Office hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
