Pallet Rack comes in regular duty and heavy duty and provides a capacity of 16,100 to 23,000 lbs. The bolt-together design provides for easy assembly and uprights and beams are generally interchangable and can be integrated with the following brands: Interlake, Space Rack, USP, Lodi Metal-Tech, Steel King, and Husky and most likey your pallet rack uprights and beams.
You can get uprights that are as short as 10 ft and as tall as 28 ft., larger sizes upon request. You can get orange beams that are as long as 8-12 ft. You can order them in thicker beams to hold more weight. Optional wire mesh decking has an open wire construction that reduces dusk build-up and increases fire sprinkler effectiveness. Don’t forget to order frame guards that will protect the upright from impacts caused by forklifts.

The Situation:

The Situation: Tellworks Communications has been providing supply chain and logistics services since 2005. Their goal is to save their customers time and money. When it became time to find a solution for storing pallets of phone equipment in their Salt Lake City warehouse, they needed one that would be cost-efficient. They already had excess pallet rack beams from another warehouse, and they were hoping to integrate them into a new pallet racking design.

The solution to store Tellwork's phone equipment was our tear drop pallet rack!!

It is a cost-efficient solution that integrates with other pallet rack brands. Chris Rodgers was able to design a new pallet racking system that used the customer’s existing beams. He incorporated new pallet rack components to create a complete storage system. Our pallet racking is compatible with almost any other brand, making it possible for us to install a cost-efficient method. It also made use of their vertical space and saved them money from costly expansions and moves.

The Feature: Pallet rack has interchangeable components with many brands. It comes in 14- or 16- gauge steel and depths of 36”, 42”, and 48”. It’s an inexpensive storage solution system. Pallet racking takes warehouse storage to new heights, giving you the ability to store items up to 28 feet high. It turns unused vertical space into a revenue-generating space.
