Panels

Doors
The DEA Approved Cages Safe system UX550 door was specifically made to be used with the UX 550 mesh panels. The UX550 door has been approved by the Swedish Theft Prevention Association (SSF) and the door should be used in areas where an extra high level of security is desired. The frame is made of steel tubing that is 1.2x0.8 in and has two cross tubing to make it stronger and secure. The Padlock includes a cover that was especially designed to provide extra protection. The Door is 2.0x2.0 in which is the same as the partition panes. The doors are delivered assembled and are ready to be installed. It has no threshold which makes it easily accessible for handicapped and individuals in wheelchairs.

The mesh partitions are 2.0x2.0 in and are really strong; it is next to impossible to break into by hand. The effortless assembly of the UX 450 is customizable and can be made to fit any type of area. The DEA Approved Cages Medium can fit any ceiling height, it also fits both narrow and wide areas. The DEA Approved Cages Medium is compatible with DEA Approved Cages UX550 and DEA Approved Cages UR350.
Doors
The UX 450 mesh panels are compatible with the DEA Approved Cages Medium system with a UX 450 door included. The doors should be used in areas with a strong exterior protection. The door can defend against theft and break-ins because of the padlock door and the padlock made specifically for it. DEA Approved Cage Standard Duty is for applications that have lower security risks or have protection from the exterior. DEA Approved Cage allows light, air and view from outside the cage. In case of a fire, it can be defused directly though the panels. The threshold-less door is similar to the leaf of the Medium Duty.

Many customers often like to use the UR 350 partitions to separate areas and machines. The frames are made of welded tubing that is 0.75x0.75 in and the wire mesh is 0.1 in. (The same as 3.9x2.0 in or 2.0x2.0 in )

The UR350 Door frame is stable and secure thanks to the 1.2x0.8 in steel tubing and two expertly designed cross tubes. The secure threshold-less doors are especially made to allow access for handicapped individuals. The mesh partitions are 2.0x2.0 in and are very strong; it is next to impossible to break into by hand. The doors are delivered assembled and are ready to be installed. The standard color is gray but other colors are available.
Protection from View
When digression is required, it is recommended to get the Type P which is made for corrugated steel sheets. It will protect individuals from viewing inside the cage. It is compatible with UR 350 UX 450 and partitions walls & roofs.

Sliding Doors for DEA Approved Cages
Sliding Doors are designed for mounting outside or inside your wire partition. Constructed of the same materials as panels, and hung by 4-wheel trolleys rolling in an enclosed track.
Ask about our slide-up window with shelf and lift catches (pictured above) or fold-down option with bottom hinged sheet metal closure forming the shelf. All doors and windows ship complete with all necessary mounting hardware to install and operate.
Finish: Panels, doors, and posts are phosphate washed with a standard finish of polyester powder coat in high quality gray. Also available in 5 additional standard colors (black, yellow, red, blue, and green) or you can contact our sales team for information regarding custom color matches.
Panels
Panels are constructed of 6-gauge, welded 1 1/2" x 2 1/2" rectangular wire steel mesh securely welded to frames made of 1" square 16-gauge structural tubing, with all joints MIG welded. Frames are equipped with 1 1/4" x 3/8" slotted holes for quick mounting. There is a 3" sweep space below the lower horizontal frame member allowing for housekeeping.
Hardware
All panels and doors are shipped with appropriate hardware including heavy duty 5/16" flanged head bolts and nuts for all panel-to-panel, panel-to-door, and panel/door-to-post connections. Floor and wall anchors can also be furnished upon request.
Hinged Doors
Hinged Doors are constructed of the same materials as panels, and pre-hung in the frame. Swing direction must be designated at time of order (left or right, in or out). Standard openings are 7' high with transoms filling out panel heights of 8', 9', and 10'.
Sliding Doors
Sliding Doors are designed for mounting outside or inside your wire partition. Constructed of the same materials as panels, and hung by 4-wheel trolleys rolling in an enclosed track.
