BMW’s warehouse has many car parts that needed a space to clear up room for their car parts as well as organize their tools/supplies.

ABOUT THE PRODUCT:

FastRak bulk storage shelving system is that stands on four posts that have teardrop like slots all along the sides of the post. The shelving on this unit has three shelves that have wire shelving across them. You can choose between wire mesh and wood boards.

A unique feature that FastRak has is that it does not require a bottom shelf because items can be placed directly on the floor. The two types of decking that can be purchased with the FastRak unit is wire mesh or particle board. The wire mesh boarding deck has built in supports and its wire style allows visibility to products below the shelf. The Particle board decking is ¾” cut to fit on the beams and can hold weight from 17, 23, 26, 34, 46, 51, and 68 lbs. Safety supports are required when using particle board decking and they provide the main support for items being placed on the shelving unit. Another great feature on this unit is the knockdown upright, this feature allows the unit to be knocked down for easier shipment and or if you need to replace a certain part on the unit. This unit also features a built in safety clip which secures the beam to the upright

Many additional products can be purchased with the fastrak shelving system such as safety supports, deluxe foot plates, and label holders. Safety supports are mandatory and hold a big part in keeping your products from falling off the unit. Deluxe foot plates easily bolt onto uprights and are anchored into concrete for additional safety. Label holders are self-adhesive or can be made to be magnetic and are bar code compatible.
