EuroTool was looking for a shelving unit where they could store all their warehouse parts and add multiple units onto each other.

ABOUT THE PRODUCT:

Jaken Boltless Shelving unit is a universal product that can be used about anywhere and with any type of work or personal setting. It is set up so it can be accessed from any side of the unit. It has four poles that hold up its structure and have teardrop slots that hold up the shelves. The shelves hold together by snapping and securing the rivets onto the poles. The boltless shelving system requires absolutely no tools making set up very easy and mess free.

The two main types of shelving that are offered by Jaken are the Series 200B Bulk Storage shelving unit and the series 200A Low Profile Shelving. The 200B Bulk Storage Shelving Unit is ideal for storing items that are carried in bulk such as; car parts, school supplies, buckets, baskets, fishing supplies, paints cans, etc. These units come in a variety of sizes and can be customized to accommodate needs. Shelf capacity for these units range anywhere from 500 lbs, 600 lbs, 700 lbs, 800 lbs, 900 lbs, 1000 lbs, 1500 lbs, and 2000 lbs. Extra shelves can be added to the unit. The other common shelving unit model is the Series 200A Low Profile Shelving. These units are commonly used to store items such as tool boxes, coolers, smaller boxes, cleaning supplies, food cans, files, paper work, dishes, toys, clothes, and any other small or loose items. These shelving units can hold up much more boards then the other shelving series and can hold anywhere from three, four, five, six, or more shelves at a time.

Additional items can be bought with the shelving units to help maximize product accessibility. Particle board decking is chosen when looking to store heavy duty applications. If this is desired, a ¾” thick board decking is recommended. If looking for standard light duty applications, the ½” thick particle board decking is recommended. Particle board decking is a wood material used to make the shelves for these units; it is very durable and gives the unit a nice finished look. Mobile Shelf cart bases are also available to those who want a shelving unit on wheels. The capacity for these carts can hold anywhere from 500-1000 lbs per base. These carts are ideal for work/personal settings that require a lot of mobility.
