Sapp Bros, a full-service gas station and truck service center, needed an efficient and space-saving way to store extra-large semi-truck tires without having to expand their current warehouse.

The Feature:

The FastRak Tire Storage Shelving can accommodate up to 12 extra-large tires per level. Each tire rack is 18” deep and is up to 72” wide, allowing for maximum storage while taking up the least amount of space possible.

ABOUT THE PRODUCT:

Each FastRak Tire Storage Shelving unit is 18” deep, and comes in three different widths depending on how many tires need to be stored. The 48” wide unit is able to store 6 tires per level. The 72” wide unit is able to store 9 tires per level. And the 96” wide unit is able to store 12 tires per level. Additionally, the units come in 3-level units and 4-level units. The 3-level units are 96” tall, and the 4-level units are 120” tall.

The FastRak Tire Storage Shelving units are composed of heavy-duty material, and feature two uprights with either three or four levels, depending upon the user’s storage needs. For faster and easier shipment, each of the uprights has the ability to be knocked down. Uprights also can be shipped pre-assembled for an additional fee.

In order to enhance safety, optional deluxe footplates and concrete wedge anchors are available for purchase. These added features are recommended when the user is wanting to permanently place their FastRak Tire Storage Shelving unit.

The FastRak Tire Storage Shelving unit is the perfect solution for storing extra-large tires that typically accommodate rims 16” and larger. With its unique design, FastRak Tire Storage Shelving is able to store up to 12 tires per level, while taking up very little space. Each unit is quick and easy to ship, and can be preassembled for an extra-fast installation.
