Here are two new products, our separation panel and our heavy duty separation panel. First, don't start with our separation panel. It is four foot wide by six foot tall. The actual panel is a polycarbonate eight inch thick and it's a four foot, four foot wide, about three foot tall panel that is mounted with angled frames and then has some three foot base down at the bottom with casters.
What the casters allow you to do is to move the social distancing shields from workstation to workstation around the shop, as you would need. Our heavy duty warehouse separation panel is the same concept. Six foot tall, four foot wide, eight inch thick polycarbonate panel. Now, as you'll see in the video, this one is the full length. So it's a full six foot top to bottom. This one also has casters on it, but it's a four inch caster for it because it's a little heavier and a little more heavy duty and has the two frames on the side. But this also is movable from workstation to workstation. If you need this in your plant or you have a customer that's going back to work this week, next week or in the future, and they're going to need this between workers that have to be within six feet of each other. So if you've got people working close to each other out on an assembly line, on a factory floor, in a warehouse area, these are great separation barriers.
Standard Separation Barrier
We have a 3-foot high polycarbonate sheet by 4 foot wide. It's got an angle frame construction. Down here at the bottom, we've got a tube frame with a 2-inch caster. It's very mobile, very easy to spin this around. We bolted in the polycarbonate sheet so it's a really nice standard duty opportunity for you to put barriers between your employees to keep them safe from passing Covid.
Heavy Duty Separation Barrier
This is built to take a lot of abuse if that's the way your plant floor is. So it's a full-height sheet of polycarbonate. 4-foot wide, 6-foot tall. It's got a 2-inch square tubing frame. Then we've got a gusset coming down made of that same 2-inch tube, a larger, 4-inch caster, but again, this one is very mobile, and quickly, you can move it around without any trouble. And again, we've got the polycarbonate all bolted into place.
